We are proud members of CITA and provide pro-bono IT Support for charities using their 3 core services: CITA Review, CITA Advisory & CITA Delivery. We have managed the migration of numerous charities to Microsoft 365 to ensure they have a secure & robust email and data storage system in place at little or no cost, enabling them to concentrate fully on the charitable services they provide. Some free or subsidised services that we have helped charities obtain are detailed below.
Microsoft 365 – Many charities are unaware that they can obtain 10 Microsoft 365 Business Premium licenses completely free of charge. Microsoft 365 Business Premium will enable each licensed user to install Microsoft Office on up to 5 devices. As well as Business Premium, hundreds of Microsoft 365 Business Basic licenses can also be obtained for free. Business Basic is much the same as Business Premium but crucially does not include installable Microsoft Office, although you can use the free Office apps on a mobile device or via the Microsoft 365 web portal.
Microsoft Azure – Charities can also leverage another Microsoft grant offering of $2000 worth of Microsoft Azure service credits per year. This gives access to the complete portfolio of Azure products and cloud services, including virtual servers.
